In the lab of a man named Dr. Dazed,
With a joint in his hand, his mind slightly glazed,
He pondered the cosmos, the stars up above,
And wondered if cats, too, felt the same love.
In a cloud of green wisdom, he sat on his chair,
With this thought swirling round, floating light as a prayer,
"I wonder," he mused, as he puffed out a plume,
"Do ice cream trucks taste like joy or just doom?”
With his eyes squinted tight, he squinted some more,
He braved the absurd, opened every door,
“The truth’s been right here, so simple, so neat,”
“The grass is just greener, where cats lay on the street!”
He scribbled his findings in hues of bright green,
For the world needed proof of his brilliant routine,
He chuckled aloud, with each revelation,
“Science is nuts, but oh, what a sensation!”
Thus Dr. Dazed McFuzz, with his sparkly flair,
Unveiled the grand truths in the hot sticky air,
And though it was obvious, his high was profound,
He proved, without doubt, joy’s not lost but around!
So to all curious minds, let this wisdom be known:
Sometimes it takes a bit of green to be shown,
That the answers we seek in our search for the whys,
Are as simple as laughter and cats in the skies!
