🌿 Daily Poem 🌿

Two High and Twisted Time Travelers

In a haze of green, they forgot the day,
As the clock spun wildly, tick-tock went the tune,
Their plans fell behind in a pot-laden sway.

With snacks piled high, in a munchie ballet,
"Is it noon or midnight?" they pondered by the moon,
In a haze of green, they forgot the day.

Each puff was a thought, drifting further away,
The hours dissolved, like smoke in a swoon,
Their plans fell behind in a pot-laden sway.

“Remember that thing?” “What thing?” they did say,
While the popcorn popped loud to a comedic tune;
In a haze of green, they forgot the day.

As the sun began to rise with a shining ray,
They realized time's grip was a crafty raccoon,
Their plans fell behind in a pot-laden sway.

With giggles and bliss, they danced in delay,
Two friends lost in time, beneath a bright maroon,
In a haze of green, they forgot the day,
Their plans fell behind in a pot-laden sway.
