In a world where the games take a hazy turn,
The Highlympics rise, for the torch we yearn.
With competitors buzzing, their minds all a-glow,
They gather ‘round, moving oh-so-slow.
The opening ceremony, a sight to behold,
With a giant joint, and some tacos of gold.
Fired up with laughter, they cheer and they snack,
Not sure of the rules, but who needs a track?
In the 100-meter dash, oh what a show,
They sprint then they stroll, then they sit down too low.
"Wait, was that the start? Or did we just take a break?"
Confusion abounds, but the laughter’s at stake!
The long jump is next, but none can decide,
If it’s feet or it’s feelings that guide them to glide.
With a puff and a roar, they take off in flight,
Only to land in a vendor's delight!
In synchronized swimming, they float like a leaf,
Doing backflips and belly flops, fueled by relief.
“Is the water on fire, or is it just me?”
The judges all giggle, “A ten! Let it be!”
The final event, a glorious feast,
They gather 'round tables for munchies, at least.
In a haze of pure bliss, with chips piled up high,
The medals are nachos, under a clouded sky.
So here’s to the Highlympics, where joy reaches peaks,
Where the athletes compete, albeit at their own leaks.
In a swirl of good vibes, and laughter so free,
It’s the only Olympics where the gold’s all THC!
