In a town where the moonlight shone bright,
Lived a bartender named Fred, full of delight.
He woke up one morn, his head feeling light,
With a puff from his stash, it was quite a sight!
He shuffled to work, with a grin ear to ear,
Overwhelmed by the joys of the green, oh dear!
The customers waited, their thirsts to adhere,
While Fred pondered cocktails with moonbeams and beer.
“What'll it be?” he asked with a giggle,
A margarita made from pixie dust wiggle?
“Or perhaps you'd like something quite surreal,
A rainbow soda, with a hint of zeal?”
He mixed up a drink that turned pink like his shoes,
Ignoring the fact that he’d just run out of booze!
“Fear not!” shouted Fred, with a zestful shout,
“I’ll just add some fruit, let’s see what works out!”
So he tossed in some apples, some grapes, and a lime,
With a sprinkle of herbs, what a twisted rhyme!
The customers sipped, their expressions aghast,
“Is this a drink, or a salad amassed?”
One sipper exclaimed, “This is quite the delight!
It’s got all the flavors, and a magical bite!”
Fred blushed with joy at the praise of his brew,
“It's just my creativity, flowing like dew!”
As the night danced on, and the laughter grew loud,
Fred served up cocktails, so proud of his crowd.
But time ticked away in a whirl of fun fog,
Soon he flipped off the lights, like a tired old dog.
With a sing-songy farewell, he said, “See you guys soon!”
As he locked up the place beneath the silver moon.
High on his dreams and magically dry,
Fred left the bar, with a gleam in his eye!
