High Times in Academia

Professor Green, a mind so bright,
Strolled into class, feeling quite light.
With a twinkle in his eye and a grin so wide,
He was ready to teach, or maybe just glide.

His lecture notes? Well, they were a haze,
“Today we’ll discuss…” in a very dazed phase.
“Uh, is it Darwin? Or was it Marx?”
He squinted at papers, his mind lost in sparks.

Students giggled, exchanged sly looks,
As he rambled ‘bout fish from his favorite books.
“Did you know?” he asked, wide-eyed and wild,
“Goldfish can grow… into a crocodile?”

His PowerPoints swayed, like a dance on the screen,
With rainbows and unicorns, like a colorful dream.
“Let’s take a break—everyone, please move around!”
And with that, he sat down, on the floor, not theound.

At the end of the day, when his lecture was done,
He waved his goodbye, hearts warmed with fun.
With a chuckle and a wink, he stepped out the door,
“I’ll see you next time… if I remember for sure!”
