In the lecture hall, he strides with flair,
A twinkle in his eye and a scent in the air,
Dr. Green Thumb, with his scholarly charms,
Is high as a kite, spreading knowledge like arms.
His PowerPoint slides begin with a blaze,
"Today, we discuss the hierarchy of haze!"
Students chuckle, some snicker and grin,
As he waxes poetic on the virtues of sin.
“Now see here, my pupils, the cannabis leaf,”
He proclaims with a passion, beyond all belief,
“Isn't it clear? Just like a good book,
It opens your mind, come take a good look!”
He rambles on while his thoughts take a flight,
Mixing Newton with ganja, oh what a sight!
“Consider the physics of rolling a joint,”
He stammers and fumbles, losing his point.
“And Einstein would tell you, if he were here,”
“I think, there’s a reason we hold this so dear!”
His students all nod, though some start to snore,
As he crumbles his notes and forgets what’s in store.
With a hawk-eye for munchies, he scans every desk,
“Was it ‘cereal’ or ‘cereal killer’ I must confess?”
His thoughts take a turn, like a ride on a wave,
As he lectures on theories, both wild and quite grave.
At the end of the class, the bell gives a chime,
He smiles at his audience, “Wasn’t that sublime?”
With chortles and giggles, they stumble outside,
As the campus buzzes with tales of his ride.
So here’s to the teacher, both wise and absurd,
Who teaches us lessons without quite a word,
May his days be merry, his mind reach the sky,
For the best kind of knowledge is shared when you’re high!
