In fields of flowers, he forgets his hat,
With clouds of smoke still swirling in his mind.
His bees are buzzing, "Dude, what’s up with that?"
He stumbles through the hives, a little flat,
Mistaking honeycomb for breakfast rind.
In fields of flowers, he forgets his hat.
His thoughts go buzzing like a chainless bat,
"Do bees wear sneakers? What if they're all blind?"
His bees are buzzing, "Dude, what’s up with that?"
While tending to the queen, he gives a pat,
“Hey, is it normal they can’t seem to find?”
In fields of flowers, he forgets his hat.
The worker drones just seem to roll their mat,
They’re plotting ways to get a better grind.
His bees are buzzing, "Dude, what’s up with that?"
When noon arrives, he lays upon the spat,
“I think I’m one with flowers, sweet and kind.”
In fields of flowers, he forgets his hat,
His bees are buzzing, "Dude, what’s up with that?"
