The High Buzz of a Beekeeper’s Day

In fields of gold where buzzing creatures reign,
A beekeeper stumbles, feeling quite strange.
With honeydew dreams and a mind full of haze,
He opens the hive in a daze of malaise.

“Oh bees, my fine friends, why so serious now?”
He wobbles and stumbles, a little like wow!
With a puff of sweet smoke, he calls out their names,
“Mama Bee, Papa Bee, let’s play some games!”

But the bees have their stingers and know when to bite,
As the keeper just giggles, “It tickles! What’s right?”
He dances in circles, a bee ballet show,
While the bees roll their eyes, “This human’s a no-show!”

With honey on fingers and buzz in his head,
He learns bees don’t care if you’re high, they just dread,
The sweet scent of clovers can get quite a thrill,
But a wasted beekeeper just gives them a chill!
