Sarah and Jake, both hungry for height,
Decided to spark up a puff with delight.
"Just one little toke!" Sarah said with a grin,
And hours later, they still hadn't begun.
They settled on the couch, their snacks all in sight,
With munchies like popcorn and brownies so light.
"I'll just check the clock!" Jake said, feeling spry,
But the clock's hands were frozen—who knew time could lie?
They laughed and they giggled, lost in their haze,
As minutes turned into an eternal maze.
“Did we plan to go out? Or just chill and consume?”
“I think we’re still dreaming, like big fluffy balloons!”
Suddenly, a knock, oh what could it be?
“A delivery?” Jake wondered, his giggles set free.
They opened the door to their dog in a spree;
“Has he been here all day? He’s now part of the tea!”
They guffawed at their pup, tail wagging with cheer,
As time slipped away, making life feel so queer.
“Let’s check if it’s evening, or morning, or noon,”
Yet the sun was still shining like a bright glowing moon!
Eventually, they stumbled to find what was real,
Just a simple mischief, not a big deal.
But with snacks all around and laughter like wine,
They declared every moment an excellent time!
