In the dojo of dreams where the grass is quite green,
Competitors gather, a truly bizarre scene.
With giggles and munchies, they fill up their plates,
Strapped in their gis and their trusty old skates.
The sensei, a sloth, with a grin ear to ear,
Whispers, “Let’s fight, but please, show no fear!”
“First up is Chuck,” he says with a cheer,
But Chuck’s busy feasting on nachos and beer.
With a swish and a swoosh, roundhouse kicks that go wide,
As their balance takes flight like a kite in the tide.
“Dude, did you see that?” one competitor yells,
As they tumble and fumble like a batch of soft jells.
With a puff and a pass, they prepare for the round,
But the only thing flying is pizza, profound.
The referee yells, “Focus! Your stance, it is weak!”
But they’re lost in a trance, tracing clouds, so unique.
Then comes dear Tom, with a jiggle and sway,
He kicks up some dust and shouts, “I’m a samurai today!”
Spinning in circles, his own shadow he fights,
Claiming victory over imaginary knights.
As the tournament wraps and the trophies are drawn,
Everyone’s laughing, the competition’s now gone.
With “high” fives and hugs, they’re a jolly old crew,
Contra kung fu, it’s a martial arts zoo!
