In a world where athletes rise,
With giggles and baked-out eyes,
They leap and they spin, oh what a sight,
Under the sun, they shine so bright.
Marijuana flags wave with pride,
As each competitor takes a ride,
The hurdles are made of fluffy clouds,
While crowds cheer in soft, swaying crowds.
The sprinting lanes, a slow-motion blur,
As racers high-five, "Yo, what's the score?"
In this race none seem to care,
As one stops to munch, “Anyone want to share?”
The gymnastics floor, a trampoline dream,
With flips and twirls, they float and gleam,
But oops! That landing? A tumble, then snack,
“Is this part of the routine? I’ll call it ‘The Back’!”
The throwing events are quite the jest,
As shot puts become pizza quest,
And discus turns to frisbee flight,
When the munchies strike, all bets take flight!
So here’s to these stony Olympians bold,
Pursuing gold coated in laughter untold,
In a haze of camaraderie all around,
For the true spirit of sport is where joy is found.
