The Stoner's Lament: Highs, Lows, and Munchies

Oh, the joys of being a stoner, it’s true,
With clouds of sweet laughter and munchies for two.
But let me confess, with a chuckle and sigh,
There are drawbacks galore when you’re soaring up high.

I once lost my keys in the fridge, what a sight!
I searched for two hours, it gave me a fright.
I had popcorn and pickles, but where could they be?
Turns out they were safe, enjoying a spree.

My memory's like fog on a cold winter’s morn,
I’ll ask a great question and then—oh wait—what’s it on?
You’d think I was filming a sitcom, so lost,
With punchlines forgotten, I ponder the cost.

Then there’s the couch, my old friend and my foe,
I once planned a workout, but now I just flow.
To the depths of the cushions, I sink down so deep,
The remote’s my companion, while I’m stuck in sleep.

And don’t get me started on snack attacks bold,
One cheese stick’s a snack; four boxes are gold!
With a hunger so fierce, my diet’s a joke,
Tomorrow I swear I’ll eat better—*oops*—smoke.

So here’s to the stoners, with dreams that take flight,
Let’s laugh at the downs when we’re floating so bright.
For every lost moment, there’s laughter to gain,
In the whirlwind of life, it’s all part of the game!
