The Stoned Scholar's Lecture

In tweed and glasses, he strolls to his class,

With thoughts so lofty, yet moving like grass.

His students chuckle, a giggle parade,

As he waxes poetic on Hegel's charade.

“Now, who can explain the absurdity, please?”

His eyes like two saucers, lost in the breeze.

He drifts into tales of some cosmic plan,

While pondering deeply what pizza’s a meal and what’s not for a man.

The clock’s ticking loudly, but time’s lost on him,

As he rants about Schrödinger—oh, isn’t life grim?

His lecture on ethics turns quirky, surreal,

“If a cat’s in the box, does it even have feel?”

With notes all askew and a grin ear to ear,

He’s the "high" light of learning, that much is clear.

So raise up a hand for this brilliant old fool,

For wisdom’s just better when viewed from a stool!
