In a world of green delight, where the skies are bright,
Lives a stoner named Dave, who thinks he's always right.
With a puff and a pass, he doth roam the land,
Chasing munchies and dreams, with a chip in each hand.
“I can conquer the cosmos!” he'd exclaim with a grin,
But forgot where he parked, now he's lost in the din.
His friends call him up, “Where you at, buddy, dude?”
“I’m just chillin’,” he says, “But I’m stuck in a food!”
With an empty fridge glaring, and snacks worn with pride,
He wanders to stores, like a lost wayward tide.
In a haze of confusion, he buys cat food and beans,
Now he’s feasting on kitty chow—sometimes life’s mean!
He claims he’s enlightened, a sage of the mind,
But forgets what he’s learned in a matter of time.
He’ll stumble on words, like they’re marbles set free,
“I swear I had wisdom, right after I took three!”
With friends in a circle, they laugh 'til they cry,
But there’s always one pal whose phone lights the sky;
“Hey, what time is it?” asks Dave with a sigh,
It’s the fifth time he’s asked—he’s losing his high!
So raise up your bongs and your brownies so sweet,
For the life of a stoner is wild and complete,
Though drawbacks are plenty, and chaos entwined,
In each giggle, we find what’s delightfully kind!
