In the woods where we giggle and sway,
Our campfire’s a dragon, or so we all think,
We laugh at the squirrels, they seem so cliché.
With munchies abound, we feast night and day,
A bag of old chips turns to gourmet ink,
In the woods where we giggle and sway.
The tent's a maze, we’re lost on display,
“Where's the bathroom?” we loudly clink,
We laugh at the squirrels, they seem so cliché.
One friend starts dancing, a curious ballet,
While another claims “I’m a terrible shrink,”
In the woods where we giggle and sway.
With marshmallows toasted in a fiery fray,
And stories of Bigfoot, we all start to blink,
We laugh at the squirrels, they seem so cliché.
As the stars twinkle down and night fades away,
We vow to return, but who knows what we’ll think?
In the woods where we giggle and sway,
We laugh at the squirrels, they seem so cliché.
