In a basement realm where the dice do roll,
The friends gather round with a whimsical goal.
A wizard with snacks, a rogue with a bowl,
They conjure up laughter, let the good times stroll.
With dragons a-breathing their fiery souls,
Their minds, oh so hazy, lose track of control.
“I cast a fireball!” yells Dave with great glee,
But the only thing burning is the pizza, you see.
He aimed at a goblin, but it fell at his knee,
Confusing the story, he giggles like, “Fee!”
The DM just sighs—his patience like tea,
As roll after roll, goes astray with a spree.
“I’m a bard!” sings Claire, with a flourish of flair,
But her lyrics are nonsense, she starts to declare:
“The dragons are purple, they sing in the air,
And the goblins are dancing in magical pairs!”
Her friends all erupt into laughter and stares,
For nothing makes sense when the mind is unbare.
Then Tim, the stout dwarf, takes a heroic stance,
He charges the monster, perhaps in a trance.
His battle cry muffled, like, “Do I have pants?”
And the tension dissovles into giggles and chants.
“Oh great dice of fortune, please give us a chance!”
As they ponder their fate; is it skill or a dance?
Alas, when they finish, the quest’s far from done;
With a battle of banter, the real game’s begun.
They’ll toast to defeat, for losing is fun,
With snacks piled high and their minds on the run.
The night fades away, but the laughter’s not shunned,
In a realm of high dreams, where true friendship’s spun.
So as the dawn breaks, and the adventures reside,
They’ll tell stories of dragons, with love and with pride.
Through the haze of the THC, they won’t need to hide,
For in laughter and chaos, true treasures abide.
The dice may be fickle, but the bonds won’t divide,
In a dungeon of friendship where all hearts collide.
