In a town where the munchies run wild and free,
A gathering arose, a pie-eating spree.
With each contestant high, they danced with delight,
Dreaming of pastry in the shimmering light.
Bob brought a cherry, his favorite fare,
While Sue had a pumpkin, fried with flair.
But Mary, quite crafty, made brownies galore,
And yelled, "Eat your pie, who’s counting? Let's score!"
They dove into crusts like gophers in dirt,
With whipped cream explosions to salvage their shirt.
Each slice sparked laughter, no timers were set,
"I swear this is dinner!" they all did forget.
As the last pie was vanquished, cheers filled the air,
"The winner," they chanted, "is anyone—fair!"
So they rolled home in bliss, with their bellies quite wide,
In a cloud of warm giggles, “Next year, let’s decide!”
