In a town where the green leaves sway,
A dance contest was set for the fray.
With judges all stoned, and munchies in hand,
The competitors gathered, with moves oh so grand.
First up was Lou, with his floppy old hat,
He spun like a top, but fell flat on his mat.
“Dude, where's my snack?” he slurred with a grin,
As he rolled on the floor, trying hard not to spin.
Next came sweet Rita, with a shimmy and shake,
Her twirls like a whirlpool, made the crowd quake.
But lost in a fog, her mind took a flight,
She begged for directions to the bathroom, mid-bite!
Then there was Ted, with his dab rig in tow,
He tried to moonwalk, but just went “whoa!”
His feet were like jelly, his rhythm a mess,
He laughed, “Hey man, this wiggle’s my best!”
The crowd roared with laughter, their joys lifted high,
As Gary ascended, trying hard not to fly.
He leapt like a salmon, and flopped like a seal,
“Check out my moves!” he cried, in a zeal.
Last on the stage, a surprise that night,
Was Granny Gertie, her eyes gleaming bright.
She grooved with a twist, made the judges all cheer—
“This bud has me dancing! A beer? Never fear!”
As the music faded, the judges convened,
In a haze of giggles, their thoughts were convened.
“Who danced the best?” someone dared to inquire,
“Well, it’s hard to say with this friendly fire.”
Declared the winner—who baffled them all,
Was the nacho platter, for it answered the call!
With prizes galore, and snacks for the fate,
The Great Ganja Groove-Off was quite a high rate!
