Highs and Lows: A D&D Adventure

Upon a table scattered dice and snacks,

Our heroes gather, seeking to explore.

With bowls and vapes, our minds are laid back,

In realms of magic, we shall soar and roar.

“What’s your backstory?” the Dungeon Master cried,

While munching chips, we forgot who we were.

“No, you’re a wizard! Now cast that big blur!”

Alas, the dice roll, a critical fumble,

And our brave knight trips over his own two feet.

“It’s all part of strategy,” he doth mumble,

As the dragon giggles, making his retreat.

So onward we go, in this haze so sweet,

Proclaiming, “We’re heroes—just not on our feet!”
