The day has come, they all arrive,
With giggles loud and eyes alive.
A baking contest, what a sight,
As stoners whisper, "Is that a kite?"
In the corner, there's Gary, with his brownie mix,
“I added icing! Oh, what a fix!”
While Linda’s whisking, her secret's a breeze,
“Just a pinch of love and a handful of cheese.”
Tom’s making muffins, lost in a trance,
“Do cupcakes dance? Should I give them a chance?”
As the flour flies high, and the batter is spilled,
It’s a comedy show, and their joy has been grilled.
Marcy's cupcakes are bright and quite bold,
“Topped with sprinkles! Oh, can’t they be sold?”
But her focus is waning, she’s stuck in a stare,
At the oven, she thinks, “Isn’t that a bear?”
With timers a-dinging like bells from afar,
They taste each creation; a sweet, hazy spar.
“This cookie’s too crunchy, but that’s alright,”
“I’d still eat a shoe if it glimmered just right.”
The judges arrive, with their sober, straight pens,
While the bakers just giggle, “We're your baking friends!”
With crumbs on their shirts and smiles so wide,
It’s clear: the real winner’s the fun and the high!
In the end, there’s no champion crowned,
Just laughter and joy as they all gather round.
The prize was all shared, with a puff and a cheer,
At the Great Ganja Bake-Off—where high spirits steer!
