In a kitchen so bright, with the sun shining down,
Competitors gathered in a stumbling crowd,
Each with a secret, a stash finely ground,
Here comes the judge, wearing a baker's gown.
First up, there's Larry, with his ganja-filled pie,
"Is it pumpkin or orange?" he'd question, oh my!
But he added too much of that green, sticky dust,
Now the crust tastes like sage, and it crumbles to dust.
Next is sweet Linda, with her brownies so dense,
She forgot all her sugar, now they taste like suspense.
"A hint of adventure," she laughed with delight,
As her brownies took flight, in the glow of the night.
Then there's young Tim, with his cookies oh dear,
He mistook salt for sugar – it's what happens, I fear.
Now the judges are puckerin', lips twisted in pain,
Gritting their teeth at his salty refrain.
As the clock ticked down, all ambition did sway,
They forgot what to bake, in a hazy, strange way.
But they laughed and they giggled, in a cloud of delight,
When someone baked nachos - what a wacky sight!
The winner emerged, with a wink and a grin,
“It’s just a green smoothie," he said, "with a spin!”
They all cheered and tooted, in a glorious throng,
For in this baked contest, they all could do wrong!
